CALLING CREATIVE STUDENTS TO THE INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF CREATIVITY!

Introductory Session for Dubai Lynx 2019

School Of Media and Communication paves a way for Media Students to be a part of the Dubai Lynx  where MENA’s creative industry  from the region’s most senior and influential decision-makers to emerging new  talent set the bar for creative excellence .The two day event highly dedicated to inspiration and insight bringing together top world activities, best brands, start ups, learning and creative means of communication.

The Dubai Lynx  2019 was introduced to the students of School Of Media and Communication by the Event Manager, Miss Kamille Marchant who articulately spoke about different young competitions where young creatives get a platform to showcase their talent and get wide recognition. The Young Lynx Competition are based on skills under pressure and the challenges cover print,  PR, Integrated and media. Kamille attracted the students by playing the winning ad campaign of previous festival .  The new attraction of the 3 day event is the launch of Glass Lynx: The Lynx for Change. The Glass Lynx will celebrate culture-shifting creativity through ideas that are intended to change the world. It will recognize work that implicitly or explicitly addresses issues of gender inequality or prejudice, through the conscious representation of gender in advertising. The introducing session of the 3 day event has also space to mention about their Dubai Lynx sister festival – Cannes Lions. Miss Marchant who came to the class to explain the whole event began the session by talking about the Immunization band that started circulated all over Afganisthan where the bands are worn on new borns and collaborating with their culture.

The talk was concluded by getting into detailed information on different categories of the competition  and the awards and about the new applied innovation section added to the innovation lynx.
